(1) This service is provided as-is and without any warranty. While rare, data loss or corruption of data is possible and we are not responsible for it.
(2) We collect some personally identifying information when you use our service. This may include IP addresses and emails stored indefinitely. All of your data, including server files, may be stored indefinitely even after you stop using our services. By using our services, you agree to the collection of this information and understand that it may be shared with third parties on an as-needed basis and may be used and/or included in audit reports.
(3) Your server data is accessible by all administrators on the platform. The people who have access to your data may change at any time. We try to prevent it, but we are not responsible for malicious access by a rogue administrator. It is your responsibility to maintain backups in the event of a malicious attack. You can't hold us responsible for any damage that occurs from any user, including hosting staff.
(4) Your access can be terminated at any time for any reason, with or without notice, and without a refund (if applicable). On rare occasions, we may find it necessary to terminate your access to our services. If termination occurs, you are not entitled to receive any server files or a refund for any service that you have already paid for. Termination decisions can be appealed, but after an appeal has been denied all decisions are final.
(5) You agree not to hold the panel owner/panel administrator(s) liable for anything. As mentioned previously, this service is provided as-is, even if you paid for it. Any damages caused by panel staff, both material (for example files) or emotional (for example hurt feelings) cannot under any circumstance be held against any panel staff for any reason. By using our services, you are agreeing that you will not pursue any action against any panel staff member for any reason regarding the panel and services hosted on it.
(6) Server owners have the right to make Discord servers or any other type of social media platform for their servers. They may moderate these servers however they seem fit and may enforce any policies they deem to be necessary (bans, kicks, etc.). Moderation of these 3rd party platforms is purely up to the discretion of server owners and CrazyCraft assumes no responsibility for action/moderation that occurs on these platforms, however, we do agree that any action performed by server owners on these platforms is purely their decision and final if they so decide.
